Where were you when the "diss" was seen and heard around the world? I am talking about Kayne West's unmistakeably rude interruption of Taylor Swfit's winning moment at the VMA's Sunday night. I am confident that his publicist is not a happy person right now nor are they excited to be representing Kayne. It is not like Kayne to not make a scene anywhere he goes, but to interrupt a young woman who is getting her first VMA is rude.
I was getting on Facebook when all of a sudden I see everyone's status updates talking about what Kayne did, their choice words for him, and how they felt about it. Social media was on fire Sunday night within the first 30 minutes of him storming the stage. This goes to show everyone that social media is a huge part of people's lives and a way for them to express their frustration and anger towards anyone much less a celebrity.
Kayne's actions have been the talk of tv, radio, and tabloid websites all week long. It was not until Taylor Swift went on The View that she got a phone call from Kayne personally wanting to ask for forgiveness, but what made him actually call her you ask? Well, when Swift was on The View, she was asked if she had gotten a formal apology from West, but she said, "not yet." Oh how word travels fast in this day and age, so right after her interview Swift got the phone call.
No matter what you say or do in public word gets around fast and you will definitely be the talk on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, You Tube, and blogs everywhere!
